Please register for the conference by visiting the UoB online shop. Fees include lunches and refreshments*, and come at the following rates
Please note that it is now no longer possible for us to extend a letter of invitation to participants who might need it for a visa-application. Brexit-update: Brexit is postponed, so there are no problems for our conference. * Lunches and refreshments will be vegetarian and vegan and are included in the registration. ** We define ‘developing’ countries as countries that are not in the segment of very high human development in the Human Development Index of the United Nations Development Programme. On the basis of the 2016 Human Development Report (http://hdr.undp.org/en/2016-report), the following countries are ‘very highly developed’: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (China), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Korea (Republic of), Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. In addition, people working and/or living in certain rich and highly developed microstates or autonomous territories that do not figure separately in the 2016 Human Development Report (including Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Jersey, Macau (China), Monaco, San Marino, and Vatican City) are requested to pay the full or discounted rate. |
