The conference and public lecture will take place on the second floor of the Gisbert Kapp Building (52 Prittchats Road, Birmingham).

​Accommodation

The following have accommodations accessible for wheelchair users and are able to provide assistance for people with disabilities. Please consult their websites and contact them for more information. 
  • There is accommodation on campus, in Edgbaston Park Hotel and Lucas House. For more information, please visit their website. 
  • Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre also provides BnB accommodation in nearby Selly Oak. 
  • There are also numerous hotels in Birmingham City Centre. The IBIS Hotel at New Street Station is conveniently located and reasonably priced. IBIS also has a budget hotel in the city centre, which is slightly cheaper.
​For participants on a shoestring, Birmingham Central Backpackers is conveniently located near Birmingham New Street Station and is recommended by some participants at our previous conferences. Unfortunately, they do not have facilities for people with a physical disability.
